The Decoder-ized box motor performed better than I ever had hoped, The Shorty B chassis handled 3 loops of the DCC portion of the layout without a hitch
Now to only get all those module owners to string some wire
Kit Bash Details
The Shell was a kitbash with the front and back from a Bachmann Brill - The Center section was from a Roundhouse 34 foot Baggage. The roof was a section of old Northwest milled roofing. The power chassis of course was a Shorty - B. A pair of Ricks Poles finished the bash nicely. Added a 1 oz weight cut in half into the body.
The only thing I still want to do is add lights - A clinic by Richmond controls convinced me the new white SMT Leds is the way to go!!
